2007 St. Pete NOOD's starts with a blast and ends with one as well!
Friday winds were 18 with gusts well into the 20's with cool breezes. Brad Boston started the series very consistant with 3 first place finishes. A tight race for second and third developed between Van Shepard and Mark Dobie.
Saturday brought lighter winds and some shiftyness as well. Brad Boston showed that he was vunerable but still maintained his lead. Van continued his successes and closed the gap towards first place, while Don Corey made his move with some impresive showings to pass by Mark Dobie for third place.
Sunday brought heavy winds again with speeds in excess of 30 knots. No racing was held.
